Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 1000. Shipping charges for orders less than Rs. 1000 would be calculated at the checkout.
  • All orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours.
  • Orders are usually delivered with 3-7 days of dispatch depending on the location.
  • Prepaid Orders are dispatched via express delivery for faster arrival.
  • Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders are accepted for no additional charges. However, all COD Orders require customer confirmation via WhatsApp after placing the order. A confirmation message will be sent - please respond promptly to avoid shipping delays.
  • Tracking link will be sent via email and WhatsApp messages once orders are dispatched. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • We offer free 7-day Exchange policy, which means you will have to raise exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Any exchange requests made after the 7-day window period will be charged Rs. 200.
  • To request an exchange, call us at + 91 9942733333 or email us at care@huggler.in with the order number and reason for the exchange request.
  • For damaged products / wrong sizes, we will initiate the reverse pick up and help with the exchange of correct size as requested in the original order.
  • In case you do not want replacement for the above case, we will issue a Voucher (Discount Coupon Code) worth the value of the product, which you can redeem on your next purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • All the exchanges will be processed only after the return items are received at our warehouse and quality checked.
  • In case of missing item(s), share a video of unboxing the package and its contents to resolve the issue swiftly.
  • Exchanges are Not Applicable for Items on Sale, except for Size Issues, Wrong Items or Damaged Items.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Refund Requests will be processed only in case of Damaged Products or Wrong Items Delivered.
  • For the refund requests to be approved, we will need to receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Once approved, the amount will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method (in case of prepaid orders).
  • In case of COD Orders, one of our customer support team will contact you to get your bank account details to which we will issue your refund.
  • All refunds will be processed with 7-10 days from the date of approval depending on the bank processing timelines.
